With its unique air ventilation system that extracts the warm air you exhale through a silver ion filter in the valve. It delivers comfort inside the mask keeping the mask dry while breathing and talking. I helped Thibaut to create an effective Pre-launch phase that allowed him to be 100% funded of $17.000 in less than 10 hours!

LOT OF CHALLENGES: NO PAIN, NO GAIN

When my client Thibaut first started to build up his crowdfunding campaign project he had already set up a strategy that had a lot of problems within itself, that we had to face and solve in order to avoid an enormous waste of time and money.

Going to the core problems: He didn't establish an effective roadmap, so it was difficult to keep up with all the stuff to manage. He had few sparse ideas on how to proceed, but not a fixed plan. At the moment he was just collecting e-mails through his product's landing page, but there were problems too.

In fact, the type of Landing Page in which he was collecting his contacts wasn't build up properly, mainly because the page wasn't showing the technical side of the product and there was no reference to the upcoming Kickstarter campaign. Keep in mind that these two are absolutely fundamental aspects to consider when you're collecting leads for your crowdfunding launch.

Another problem regarding his lead collection was related to: follow-up emails and ADS optimization.

After collecting his precious contacts, Thibaut didn't have a plan about follow-up emails, that is a group of e-mails to keep his leads warm and interested in his project, moreover, his Facebook Ads strategy were not optimized to ease the process of leads collection.

HOW WE OVERCAME CHALLENGES
As we said before Thibaut's major problems were related to his lack of roadmap, landing page, follow-up emails organization, and ADS optimization.

First things first, we created a detailed roadmap that allowed us to go straight on with the campaign organization: we fixed the landing page, build up a sequence of follow-up emails, and optimized the Facebook Ads.

An important thing to remember is that your landing page should be as much as exhaustive as possible, it is your business card and everything related to your product and your upcoming launch should be there, tickling people's curiosity letting them get passionate about your product. In this case, I helped my client fix his landing page, featuring additional info about the product, pointing out the upcoming Kickstarter launch encouraging people to back the campaign.

Another significant matter is to make sure that all the leads collected are aware of what's up next, so every time they leave their email inside the website there should be a sequence of emails in order to inform about each one of the steps leading to the launch day. And that's what we did, we made up a set of emails, called follow-up emails, to keep the audience warm and always aware of the stage of the campaign till the actual launch.

Let's talk about the major problem there: Facebook Ads, mainly it was that the ads weren't optimized day by day minding all the little changes, actually, the audience was too wide and it was difficult to get to the core of interested people, moreover, the main mistake was not turning off the ads that were not performing good, turning out in a waste of money and time. What we did was to optimize his target, public and content.

REACHING A SUCCESSFUL GOAL

After a lot of fixing and optimizing, challenges were defeated and we managed to achieve numerous goals. First of all, Thibaut collected around 10.000 emails during two/three months of the pre-launch phase, then he launched, and having kept their audience warm and active he managed to smash the $14.000 goal reaching $17.000 in only 10 hours on Kickstarter!

In addition to that, he managed to reach his goal in no time sending huge traffic to his campaign page exploiting the Kickstarter Algorithm at its best. And after only 30 days he raised more than $135.000 in product pre-sales!

One important thing to highlight is that thanks to this huge buzz on the platform, almost 48% of the amount raised was coming right from Kickstarter!

This was a really great achievement for Thibaut, especially because he managed to do all of this all alone! He turned to me for consulting and helping him fix and organizing his campaign, and then he relied on other freelancers for specific tasks. Moreover, his wife was also pregnant and she gave birth during his Kickstarter Campaign. WOW!
